The 21st century, successful fraud fighter has to exemplify high levels of emotional intelligence, be able to appropriately leverage information and technology, and effectively engage others, especially today, with 5 generations working side by side. Please join us for an engaging and interactive, half day program, where Julie Kowalski of Spizzerinctum Group, will share how the key events experienced by each generation impacted that generation’s attitudes and actions and how to leverage this knowledge in fraud investigations and interviews. Julie will also walk through the 5 levels of emotional intelligence, and provide tips and tools to help master each level. Throughout the session, attendees will have the opportunity to not only apply the learning to their specific work situation, but also leverage the experience, tips, tools & successes of other attendees through fraud-related skill building exercises.
