About the PMA
The Performance Management Academy (PMA) is a series of trainings, events, and peer convenings for state employees to develop, refine, and share their expertise on practices related to operational excellence.
2025 PMA Foundations
The PMA Foundations course is the signature, introductory course into the PMA. State employees learn a variety of core concepts and methods in performance management. OSBM delivers the Foundations course annually in the fall. (2025 Foundations Syllabus).
