The Performance Management Academy (PMA) is a series of trainings, events, and peer convenings for state employees to develop, refine, and share their expertise on practices related to operational excellence.
2025 PMA Foundations
The PMA Foundations course is the signature, introductory course into the PMA. State employees learn a variety of core concepts and methods in performance management. OSBM delivers the Foundations course annually in the fall.

Participants should plan to attend all six dates. The sessions are in-person from 8:30 a.m to 1:00 p.m. They will be held in the Albemarle Building at 325 N. Salisbury St. in Raleigh. There is a $200 participant fee, which covers lunch and materials.
Past PMA participants are not eligible.
