NC IBIS

The North Carolina Integrated Budget Information System (NC IBIS) is a centralized, web-based system for North Carolina state government budgeting and performance management. IBIS provides a common workspace environment for state agencies and OSBM to perform budget planning, development and execution activities. 

NC IBIS works best with the Microsoft Edge browser.

Legacy IBIS Data

Legacy IBIS data is budget data that was created before October 4th, 2023. This historical data may be helpful for research and inquiry into older transactions. 

Note that Legacy IBIS data uses the NCAS-based chart of accounts. It is displayed as it appeared before it was converted to use the current NCFS-based chart of accounts.

Please follow the steps below to access Legacy IBIS data.
