The Council of State is composed of ten elected officials and is part of the executive branch of North Carolina's state government. OSBM provides administrative support for Council meetings.
Council of State meetings are usually held on the first or second Tuesday of the month at 9:00 a.m. Meeting information will be posted on OSBM Events page and the Secretary of State's public meetings calendar in advance of each meeting.
