NC OneMap is the main source for geographic boundary files and other mapping data for North Carolina.
- Search “Census” for historical census geographic boundary files.
- NC OneMap is maintained by the NC Center for Geographic Information & Analysis (CGIA), a North Carolina State Data Center Coordinating Agency.
The US Census Bureau also maintains geographic boundary files and other mapping resources at US Census Bureau Geography Resources.
