Budget Development
OSBM analysts provide technical support as agencies and universities develop their Base Budget and Change Budget recommendations. These recommendations will inform the Governor's Budget Recommendations. The Base Budget is developed prior to the Long Session as part of the biennial recommendation. Change Budget recommendations are developed both years.
