Quarterly Reporting Deadlines

  1. April 10 expenses and progress made during January 1 – March 31
  2. July 10 expenses and progress made during April 1 – June 30
  3. October 10 expenses and progress made during July 1 – September 30
  4. January 10 expenses and progress made during October 1 – December 31

If a report due date falls on the weekend, the submission deadline is automatically extended until Monday.

Expenses can be submitted at any time and you do not have to wait for the quarterly deadline. 

Audit Reporting Deadlines

If your organization is required to submit an audit, it is due nine months after the end of your fiscal year. See Grant Audit Requirements and Thresholds to determine if your organization must submit an audit of the grant funds.
