The North Carolina Office of State Budget and Management (OSBM) is planning a new certification program to provide current and aspiring state budget professionals the foundational skills and knowledge to succeed as state budget professionals. To accomplish this, OSBM is seeking applications from North Carolina public universities and community colleges for the delivery of an in-person and/or online curriculum for the program. OSBM will accept applications from interested institutions until February 28, 2023.

The NC Office of Strategic Partnerships will facilitate this Virtual Q&A session. Interested applicants will learn from OSBM about the proposed program and have the opportunity to ask questions about the application and rubric.

*Applicants must be from a NC public university or community college. Collaborative proposals are welcome.
