The Office of State Budget and Management (OSBM) will work with agencies to include statutory references in budget fund descriptions for disaster recovery funding, in accordance with Section 5A.9 of SL 2026-41.
OSBM staff will be available on Wednesday, September 30, from 2-3:30 PM for online office hours for any agencies that have questions as they develop their list of budget funds needing revisions.
