Suspension of Funding Memos

Per 09 NCAC 03M, agencies shall not disburse any state financial assistance to an entity that is on the Suspension of Funding List.  OSBM maintains the Suspension of Funding List (SOFL) for non-compliant grant recipients. The SOFL is updated on a weekly basis. See below for the most recent reports. For previous releases of the SOFL, please email grants-OSBM@osbm.nc.gov.

Recipients are manually added or removed from the SOFL per requests from agencies. If a grant recipient needs to be added or removed from the SOFL, the agency should contact OSBM at Grants-OSBM@osbm.nc.gov. Each agency is responsible for establishing a central point of contact who is authorized to communicate changes of suspension status to OSBM.
