For State Agencies

OSBM supports stewardship of state-funded grants by maintaining the Grants Management System and providing guidance on agency grant monitoring plans. State agencies are required to register state assistance programs and awards with OSBM. They are also required to submit their grant monitoring plans to OSBM.

Our office also plays a key role in processing payment to non-state entities. Please see our process map and video for more on how we work with agencies on these payments.
