The very word auditor means” one who listens”. And our ability to not only interview and listen effectively, but also to speak persuasively and present ideas that are heard and will prompt action are all keys to audit success.

In this session we’ll tackle three very similar but very different skills: interviewing, speaking and presenting. All from the perspective of professional auditors.

Participants will learn actions that enable them to build confidently on their current skills. We’ll also explore how to recognize and destroy the inherent barriers to our behavior and communication effectiveness.
