Leading Diffrent Generations

Title: Leading Different Generations

(2 CPE credit for Personnel/HR ) *

Summary: 

We find ourselves at a unique time where organizations must lead five different generations.  This engaging, humorous session will explain why the different generations are the way they are and share best practices for how to lead all five generations. There will be a particular emphasis on the younger generations (Millennials and Generation Z) and the workshop will include participant exercises.

Presentation Objectives: 

At this event, participants will:

  • Understand the importance and challenge of using different styles to lead each generation
  • Understand how employees from different generations approach work, projects and relationships
  • Learn strategies and techniques for leading the three older generations (Matures, Baby Boomers and Gen X)
  • How to overcome the challenges associated with leading Millennials and Generation Z
  • Learn strategies and techniques for leading and inspiring Millennials and Generation Z
  • Understand the factors that shaped Millennial and Generation Z employees and how this affects business leadership

Title: The Power of Purpose: the #1 Leadership Tool for Success

Summary: 

This presentation will step into what it means to create purpose in a person’s life, career, relationships and finance.

Presentation Objectives: 

At this event, participants will:

  • Find and define your life and career values, and what motivates you.
  • Learn how to set goals based on values.
  • Develop strategies to overcome the four main emotions of anger, sadness, fear and guilt.
