NC IBIS Email: Worksheet-III Requests

Due to a system anomaly with workflow of the Worksheet-III, all Worksheet-III requests submitted to OSBM disappeared from both BRU and OSBM queues. However, the root cause of the issue was identified and the solution was deployed in IBIS production yesterday evening. The Worksheet-III requests are now back in the BRU queues and IBIS users will need to re-submit to OSBM (by clicking on ‘Submit_To_OSBM’ button) so they are rerouted through proper workflow.
