Disaster Recovery Housing Plans

OSBM, working with the North Carolina Division of Emergency Management and the State Construction Office has procured the services of a North Carolina Architect that can provide complete ready-to-pull-permit housing design plans to assist hurricane-impacted homeowners rebuild their homes. These housing plans are available in unlimited quantities for state and local agencies, and their construction contractors.

The ReBuild NC: Storm Recovery Single-Family Homebuilding Plans file (PDF, 55mb) provides general descriptions and details on the 16 different housing plans. These housing plans can be used for CDBG-DR federal grant-supported disaster projects, FEMA HMGP federal grant projects, or state or local government funded disaster recovery projects. These housing plans also comply with USHUD green building requirements.
