Strategic Planning

Strategic planning sets the direction of an organization by outlining what will be done over the course of the next few years. Strategic planning is essential for organizations large and small, and OSBM works with the Office of the Governor and state agencies to develop strategic plans. The goal is to evaluate statewide and agency-specific operations, identify areas where progress is most essential and then develop and execute a plan for the future while tracking progress along the way.

OSBM develops guidelines and provides support to agencies in order to develop clear strategic plans that focus on what will be achieved over the next three to five years.
